Contact
One address. It is read by a person.
Messages are answered within 5 business days.
That address takes all of it:
- Billing — payments, receipts, a charge you do not recognise, a change of card.
- Cancelling — if the Account page will not do it for you.
- Refunds — see Refunds and Cancellations first for what is and is not refunded.
- Access — a sign-in link that will not arrive, an entry that will not open.
- Disclosure requests under the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions — the seller's registered name, address and telephone number are provided on request, in writing or by email, without delay. Say that is what you are asking for. See 特定商取引法に基づく表記.
- Privacy — a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. See Privacy.
- Corrections and removals — if you appear in an entry. You do not need an account to ask.
Before You Write
Cancelling a membership does not need an email. Sign in, open Account, and cancel there. That stops the next renewal and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have paid for.
A charge you do not recognise is worth an email before a dispute with your bank. Card statements show the payment through Stripe, and it is usually resolved in a day.
Who Runs This
Rabbit, Many Setbacks, and AI is written, edited and published from Japan under the name Shug. It is a one-person publication, and the address above reaches that person directly.
